Danielle Perrett - Harpist
Not often you can get a harpist of international fame at such a great rate. Danielle has performed at quite a number of events at the Barns and is always popular, apart from being a talented musician and music teacher, she is also quite a live wire! Danielle lives in the village (hence teh bargain rates) and features in quite a number of published CDs. Ever heard "Michael Jackson" on the Harp - Stunning ! She also  charges only a very small fraction of her usual fee for events at our barns!
Booty & The Beatz
Having never heard of this local amateur band before, it was a great surprise and thrill to hear them play and see them perform.  It was not surprising that they managed to fill the dance floor, two of the four members are ex "Top of the Pops" & "Tizwas" players.  07974 132 313
The Contraband
No web site, they don't need one, based just over the river in Essex, they proved to be a huge surprise, at their first appearance at Alpheton Hall Barns, they never took a break and played through from 7:30 to 12:00 non stop and did half an hour of encores! At no time were less than 50% of the guests dancing!! Great Fun and Very Accomodating. I want them back if you can get them, but they are booked up early !! Contact Paul (01206) 302 444
The Harley Street Band
I was very impressed with this bands debut performance at Alpheton on 14th May 2011 and they were even better on their second visit round!
KEGS
Ceilidh Bands are always hard to find and are only as good as their caller. This band are gret fun, tallented musicians and a caller who clearly knows her stuff and has the character to deliver it! Also music for the ceremony and reception an option. Great value and judging by their kit done for the love of it, not profit.
The Caledonian Reelers

The band we always try to get for out Burns Night, but they are good and get booked up early. Despite their Scottish name they also cater for English lowland ceilidhs. It is in my mind the caller that makes the evening
The Camulos String Ensemble
This appears very good value for money from a local group of highly qualified and experienced musicians. Flexible and adaptable pricing
Champagne Quartet
Wow - what fun, not what I expected, a great variety of music for strings from classical to more popular music.  Very professional and dignified yet the ladies still drink pints! When the musicians are enjoying themselves it really reflect in the music!

Wing It
5 aged rockers turned turned up to play at a wedding in great trepidation having never done one before . Who were they kidding, they were great. The dance floor was packed all evening. Great musicians who play for the love of it, which seems infectious and they charge less than most discos! They want to come back and I want them back.

The Milkshakers
This 50's "Rock n' Roll" band have only been to the barns once as at Jan 2014, but what a presence they had. Great presentation and style, with the dacne floor packed by old and young all night! A great change from the norm, and a really sucessful and popular one.
